Despite an erroneous report in The New York Times that no one has questioned Attorney General nominee Eric Holder’s qualifications, serious questions have, in fact, been raised. Research Fellow at The Independent Institute in Oakland, Calif., Stephen P. Halbrook, Ph.D., J.D., testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee Jan. 22, 2009, questions Holder’s fitness for office considering his contempt for citizens' Second Amendment rights.
