It's Surprising Who Says the President Doesn's Have the Authority to Suspend Deportations

resident Obama announced that the government will cease deporting certain young illegal aliens. Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) is filing suit against Obama,saying the president lacks the authority to grant de facto amnesty by not enforcing federal law.
Other politicians have also said the president lacks the constitutional authority including -- President Obama himself!

The Executive branch’s job is to enforce and implement the laws, and then the Judiciary has to interpret the laws.
